Earn Easy Set-and-Forget Rewards with ThanksAgain

Tl;dr: Add your payment info to ThanksAgain to get rewards when spending with merchants like airport restaurants and shops and Lyft rides.

It’s our favorite thing here at LazyPoints: something you can sign up for, forget about, and earn rewards without ever thinking about it again. Like automatic discounts at Shell or extra miles at certain restaurants.

Today, it’s ThanksAgain, a primarily airport-based service that offers rewards when spending money at certain merchants with a credit card that you’ve linked on their website. My home airport is San Francisco, and through ThanksAgain I can earn rewards at over 100 airport shopping and dining merchants, including long term parking. Lyft is also currently a partner, offering one ThanksAgain point for each dollar spent on Lyft rides.

One ThanksAgain point is worth roughly 1¢ when redeemed for gift cards with merchants like Amazon or a Visa gift card. You can also redeem 1000 ThanksAgain points for 500 Alaska miles (although I love Alaska miles, I think the Amazon gift card is probably a better value).

I’ve earned a little over $3 in rewards, mostly from Lyft rides, in the 8 months I’ve been signed up. That’s not much, but it’s also not bad, especially since I generally never spend in airports (thanks, lounges)
