Bilt Rent Day: 3x on 1x categories until December

Tl;dr: No big Rent Day bonuses this month, but 3x points on everyday purchases from now until November 30th is a great holiday shopping benefit.

The last few Rent Days have been a bit quiet, and it stays that way this month, with no major status boosts or transfer bonuses to celebrate. There are, of course, the usual benefits like double points on non0rent purchases on the first of the month (up to 1k bonus points, must make at least 5 purchases in the month to earn points), the Rent Free game (for a chance to win free rent), and the opportunity to sign up for free Soul Cycle rides.

The highlight this month is 3x points on 1x categories until December… basically everything other than rent (still only 1x), travel (2x), and dining (already 3x), up to 1,000 bonus Bilt points. Then on December 1st you’ll have Rent Day double points. That means you can earn up to 2,000 bonus Bilt points during this peak holiday shopping season. Although there are a lot of cards that can earn big rewards on holiday shopping, triple Bilt points is an outstanding rate of return, and might be your best option depending on what cards you have in your wallet. It’s certainly the best rate you’re likely to find on base spending over the next few days.
